located on a steep hill. The city of Encino starts with
shopping centers and plazas, and works its way up the hill
with high end properties. Many of the properties on the
hill overlook real estate in Los Angeles from far away.

and height restrictions for properties located on hills.
Many cities do not allow properties higher than two
stories that are built on steep hills. Or another example
would be that some properties are not allowed to have more
than two car garages because of limited space.

homes. There are very few investment properties or demand
for renters in the city of Encino. Real estate in Los
Angeles is so diverse and wide spread that many times a
city will only have properties of a single type.
